Reservation and payment

Booking: 30% of the lease to pay by Swift or money order when making the reservation.
In case of short booking delay i.e. less than 30 days before occupancy, a booking deposit of 50% of the rent is requested. Paypal payment is also possible for renters out of the Euro countries.The booking will be confirmed following receipt of a completed booking form (see below) and the deposit.
Remaining sum: in cash on arrival .

Couples over 65 years odf age can have a reduction of 10% on request.

Cancellation:
The following cancellation fees apply:
From booking to 61 days before start date: 20%
From 60-31 days before start date: 50%
Less than 30 days before the start day: 90%

We suggest to make an insurance to cover cancellation fees.

The present reservation-form stands for contract and has to be duly signed and sent by mail or by fax  together with the photocopy of the swift or money order receipt; it will be valid when the booking deposit will be received.
