Dates for 2007 are as follows
Mid season – 29 April – 1st July, 1st Sept – 7 Oct.
High season- 23 Dec (2007) – 7 Jan, 7 – 14 April, 1 July – 1 Sept
Low season – the rest of the year
High season: 2- 4 pers: 470 €; 5 pers: 550 € ; 6 pers: 650€
Mid season: 2- 4 per: 425 €; 5 pers: 490 €; 6 pers: 570€
Low season: 2- 4 pers: 415 €; 5 pers: 475 € ; 6 pers:550€
For a 2 week stay, a reduction of 15% is applied on the cost of the second week.
It is also possible to rent the flat for a few days (minimum 3 nights) for the price of 100 € a day for 2 pers.; 120 € a day for 4 persons, 130€ for 5 pers. and 140€ for 6 pers (all included).
Last Minute booking: 15% reduction when booking less than 10 days before occupancy but cannot be added to the second week reduction; 50%of the sum to be paid by swift or money order when booking, the remaining sum to be paid cash on arrival. (no check accepted).
DAMAGES DEPOSIT AND EXTRA CHARGES
A damages deposit is requested on arrival and has to be paid cash only, a receipt will be given for it. At the end of the stay the deposit will be returned minus deduction of the value of the damage.

Laundry fees: guests pay a 10 € per person per week laundry fees to cover the provision of bedlinen, towels, shower- mats, tablecloths etc. Cleaning of bedspreads, blankets, quilts or pillows if soiled, should be charged extra.
Final cleaning: 40€ for one week, 50€ for 2 weeks
Pure cotton bedlinen will be provided together with a set of towels per person, as well as face towels. Cot bedlinen and blankets, on request. Blankets or quilts and bedspreads will also be available in case of cold weather. If guests stay more than a week, beds will be changed and new towels etc provided after a week and a quick cleaning will be done without extra charge.
There are no other extra charges. Electricity, water, cooking gas, heating are all included. |
