Description of the house

The  apartment consists of a small entrance- hall with a wardrobe and a place to put the suitcases, a huge main room, a  spacious marble bathroom and a mezzanine.

The main room includes: a beautiful and new fully equiped kitchen (4 burner gaz stove with a ventilator hood, a large rifrigirator-freezer, a dishwasher, a small electric-oven, new chinaware and glassware for 6 persons, pots and pans and utensils); a dining area with a round extending table and 6 chairs; a  living-room which provides accomodation for 2 to 4 persons; it has a bran new spring mattress doubled bed-couch and a single bed-sofa; a spare single bed and a travel bed for small children can be supplied on request. The room has 2 large windows with curtains and outside venitian blinds, air-condition and television. It contains also a clothes-press and a writing-table.
The bathroom is spacious and has a large window. It has a big angle-shower with glass doors, a toilet, a bidet, a good size washing-basin, a large miror, a wall-cupboard , a laundry basket and a pouf .From the main room a small staircase leads to an open gallery or mezzanine with a hinged ceiling window supplied with a rail-blind. It contains a double-bed with firm mattress and is provided with lined curtains for privacy. It also has a small writing-desk, a chair and a small wardrobe..The house is well-furnished, recently retored with new bathroom, new kitchen, new pavements,new blinds, new curtains and bedspreads, elegant with partly antique furniture and partly good quality new furniture, high quality equipment and fixtures.

The house can sleep 5to 6 people in 1 double-bed,1single-bed, 1 comfortable spring mattress double- bed sofa (plus a spare single bed ).
